Here is another reason to start. unlike most other chat clients you can't use bolding or Italics to have words stand out, so most everyone uppercases multiple words and that is like shouting, when you ment to just point out or emphasize a word or two. read how here as well as a ton of other tips!!!

My Daily Health stats

Note my sleep, I was up about every hour to pee. But still was no moving over 80% of the time, interesting.

New Samsung Gear fit

Just received the Samsung Gear fit yesterday and well be posting about how I like it and what I think they need to improve it.

So far, it has been very easy to setup on my Note II and I really like the easy to change wallpaper and other modifications like what data to show on main screen.

So stand by for more likes and dislikes and they should of done so and so...
