Really a very nice morning sun is up, lite breeze, perhaps a walk this morning..
Morning - 207 mg/dl, 249 lbs, 127/71 bp, 74 pulse, 97.5 temp.
Overall better, waiting on doc to renew refills on my Glipizide and other meds. small portions and Ingress.
