Really! So who is right

I have a friend on Facebook as well as I've read several posts from others that express the follow. They all say, and I'm paraphrasing here, "because of past attacks or deaths or whatever", we are justified in torturing others.

In other words a "wrong for a wrong". Which the other side is also claiming, "They", and by that I mean both sides are talking the same stupid moronic thing.

These people, (both sides), need help. Possibly put them in a room to hash it out! To aid them in resolving their differences, we should provide them a few knives and quickly lock the doors.

So I was asked recently how I have been keeping my sugars down.

Well, I change up my entire routine and adopted a mantra
                           "small portion"

I later added the ingress, which is a Google game that promote walking. Another prong of the fork is an App/website called MyFitnessPal, this allows be to track my food intake. It also links to a few other exercise tracking apps. Now for the last prong, I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and a Gear Fit smartwatch. the watch tracks my steps, it can track my exercising such as walking, running, biking, etc... I like how I can use it as a stop watch, a timer, control my music on the phone, get notifications on my watch from my phone.

Lastly I use an additional app on my phone that will lock the phone, should the watch and phone get separated. So it makes for great security.

really! baseline numbers this morning A1C down from 8.3 to 7.5, shooting for 7.0! No Really!

These are all bases line numbers that look nice. My labs came in and look good except Trig it still needs a little improvement. however on the bright side, my A1C was 7.5 down from 8.3. Standard is 7.0 and below is good control so that is what I'm shooting for.  ---small portions

Really, hard to loss weight!

Sugars could be better, but within the upper range. the rest are all good. Not seeing any movement in weight however some of my drugs do report issues with losing weight. I'm on a 1600 calories diet and have been under that daily number for over a month. O'well doctors checkup in just over a week. With blood draw on Monday or Tuesday

very interesting statistics .... we need more minority Teachers, we also need to invest in high tech in all levels of school, starting at the very lowest level, pre-K. Best way and so far the leader is Google Apps. It can be used on any device out there. Specially useful on Android Tablets and phone or Chromebooks. In fact chromes are great for the younger kids, as it is simple and has a keyboard, etc....

Note my sleep, I was up about every hour to pee. But still was no moving over 80% of the time, interesting.

New Samsung Gear fit

Just received the Samsung Gear fit yesterday and well be posting about how I like it and what I think they need to improve it.

So far, it has been very easy to setup on my Note II and I really like the easy to change wallpaper and other modifications like what data to show on main screen.
