Back to the Lower Back......

Pre-Meal - 130 mg/dl, 258 lbs, 124/71 bp, 81 pulse, 97.5 temp.
Happy Caturday! Small portions, Walking & S-Biking.

Oh what a Pain in the Lower back! It is like you know if it would just pop you would feel all that relief washing over you. I was able to pop my upper and middle back, but you know that part just above the tail bone. Ya, right there in the saddle, oh!
