That's right I've been S-Biking every morning this week so far. I hope to make it a habit. One benefit so far is that I've hit my step count and activity minutes first thing in the morning. So the down side, there is a penalty... I must adjust them so that I will have to do more to reach my daily Goals.... Good work necessitates more work.....
