Hoping to reboot my weekly exercising on my S-Bike, the "S" stands for Stationaire. It is a very nice recombinant bike, so it is easy on the back and helps prevent cysts in the groin area, of which I am susceptible to.
I hope you all noticed also my return to sub-one hundred blood sugar levels. Ity was a surprise to me as well, and so was not planed.
